INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS FOR CONCLUSION OF A PRIVATE LAW PROJECT FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF EXPERIMENTAL – INTERACTIVE PROGRAMS

The War Museum, in the context of its effort and with the aim of cultivating the skills and creative mind of the students

INVITES EVERYONE INTERESTED

to submit a proposal for cooperation for the conclusion of a private law project contract for the organization of “Experiential – Interactive Programs”, which will concern its purpose and objectives.

1. The duration of the project will be 20 months from the date of signing the relevant contract with the interested parties who will be selected (hereinafter “Partners”). The responsibilities and obligations of the Partners will be defined in detail in the Partners’ contracts, which will not create any form of dependent employment relationship.
2. Those interested will apply for exclusion penalty:

a. Completed the attached to this Invitation “Application of Expression of Interest for concluding a private law project contract for the organization of Experiential – Interactive Programs”.

b. Completed the attached to this Invitation “Application of Expression of Interest for concluding a private law project contract for the organization of Experiential – Interactive Programs”.

c. Detailed Curriculum Vitae.

Interested parties may also submit additional information to substantiate their proposal.

3. The proposals, for which absolute confidentiality will be observed, accompanied by the required supporting documents, should be submitted first to the e-mail: info@warmuseum.gr and then by registered letter or by hand to the War Museum, Vasilissis Sofias and Rizari 2, PC 106 75, until 14^th November with thefollowingindications:

In case of postal delivery, the deadline is judged based on the date that the shipping envelope will bear. Late proposals are not considered.

4. By submitting their applications, the interested parties fully accept the terms of this Call for Expressions of Interest as well as that the process may by decision of the War Museum be interrupted, postponed or repeated with the same or other content. This Invitation is not of a competitive nature and is not a proposal for concluding a contract with interested parties. The submission of a proposal does not imply, in any way, an obligation of the War Museum to draw up a contract with the interested party.
5. The Board of the War Museum will appoint an Evaluation Committee, which will check the proposals that will be submitted and will suggest to the Board. to approve the results. The Evaluation Committee has the right to request clarifications from each interested party regarding the content of his proposal and the provision of clarifications is mandatory for the interested party and does not constitute a counter-proposal position, which is completely prohibited.
6. This Invitation procedure is not competitive and the selection of a counterparty is not in the nature of hiring but accepting a proposal under private law and therefore no objections can be submitted or considered for any reason.
