Chalkida War Museum Branch - War Museum

The War Museum of Chalkida is housed in an emblematic building of the historic Infantry School and exhibits the military history of the Greeks.

In its exhibition areas unique and rare relics are hosted, from the Venetian Occupation and the Revolution of 1821 to modern history, through collections of weapons, military uniforms, archival and photographical material, paintings, works of art, as well as dioramas of important historical events.

It represents a dynamic site of “living history” which pays tribute to our ancestors and respect for their sacrifices.

The Museum hosts the COLLECTION of ANASTASIOS LIASKOS.
