Chania War Museum Branch - War Museum

By decision of the Minister of Culture and Sports Mrs. Lina Mendoni, after a positive opinion of the Central Archaeological Council (KAS), part of the Firkas Fortress in Chania was granted to the War Museum, for the development of the Branch of the War Museum of the city. The relevant studies are already being prepared and the start of the conversion works of the space is expected, in order to make it suitable for the hosting of the Museum, with the cooperation and assistance of the Municipality of Chania.
