“Educational board games” for 1821 were donated by the President of the War Museum Anastasios Liascos to children who are raised by “The Smile of the Child”. Mr. Liaskos, addressing the President of ” The Smile of the Child” Costas Giannopoulos, praised the timeless, commendable and remarkable work of this charitable Organization in Greek society. At the same time, Mr. Liascos presented comprehensively
the social work of the Armed Forces, noting at the same time that it would be a great pleasure, when the pandemic ends, to welcome his little friends for a tour of the War Museum.
For his part, Mr. Giannopoulos expressed his warmest thanks for this kind gesture, briefly presented the upcoming actions of the charitable organization he leads and concluded by characterizing the War Museum as the “front” of the events and activities for the celebration of the 200 years since the National Palingenesis.
The Educational Board Games for 1821 – under the auspices of the War Museum – are part of the partnership and cooperation between the War Museum and the Greek Company “Desyllas Games “.
During the visit, soft drinks were also distributed – sponsored by the industry “VAP P. Kougios SA”.
