On September 4, 2024, the War Museum, in collaboration with Mrs. Monica Stoy, President of the International Detachment of the 3rd American Division, held a ceremony to unveil a commemorative plaque honoring the participation of the Greek Expeditionary Force in the Korean War from 1950 to 1955 under the command of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Division. The event was attended by representatives of the Civil and Military Leadership, representatives from the Embassies of the United States and the Republic of Korea, veterans, as well as relatives of the fallen and war veterans.
