Maps and Engravings 15th-19th Century

An extensive catalogue of original maps and engravings of the period 15th-19th century, which are in the collections of the War Museum and concern the Greek area and the eastern Mediterranean. Their presentation follows the distinction made by the science of cartography, based on their content, into five categories: geographical, historical, nautical, religious and Ptolemaic.
