CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST<\/strong><\/p>\n

CONCERNING THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A PRIVATE CONTRACT FOR THE ORGANISATION OF EXPERIENTIAL – INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMES<\/strong><\/p>\n

The War Museum, in the context of its mission to collect, preserve and promote the military history of the Greeks, as well as to enhance its educational function and to cultivate skills and creative thinking in the students who visit it,<\/p>\n

INVITES ALL INTERESTED PARTIES<\/u><\/p>\n

to submit a proposal for the conclusion of a private law contract for the organisation of “Experiential – Interactive Programmes”, which will be in line with the purpose and objectives of the Museum.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The duration of the project will run until the end of the school year 2026 – 2027, for those selected (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).<\/li>\n
  2. The cooperation consists in the implementation of experiential and interactive programmes by recognised organisations\/companies within the premises of the War Museum (2 Vassilissis Sofias and Rizari). The partner organisations will develop and implement their programmes independently for school groups and other visitors, taking responsibility for their organisation and operation. The financial relationship will be developed directly between the organisations and the participants, while the organisations will pay the War Museum a percentage of the fee paid, in accordance with the terms of the respective contract. The call aims to create a framework of cooperating institutions for the development of quality educational and cultural activities, and the contract does not, under any circumstances, create a dependent employment relationship. <\/li>\n
  3. The implementation of the projects will be carried out in accordance with the framework of the War Museum’s operation, as it will be defined and communicated to the selected partners.<\/li>\n
  4. Interested parties shall submit, under penalty of exclusion:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u03b1. Completed the “Application for Expression of Interest for the conclusion of a private law contract for the organization of Experiential – Interactive Programmes”.<\/a> <\/p>\n

    \u03b2. A detailed proposal and description of the programme, with clear reference to the educational objectives, the implementation methodology and its adaptation to different age groups. <\/p>\n

    c. Detailed Curriculum Vitae. <\/p>\n

    Interested parties may submit additional information to substantiate their proposal (indicatively: certifications, collaborations, indicative educational material, etc.).<\/p>\n

Proposals, accompanied by the required supporting documents, should be submitted initially online at info@warmuseum.gr and then either by registered mail or by hand to the War Museum, Vassilissis Sofias and Rizari 2, PO Box 106 75, until Tuesday 30 June 2026, with the following indications:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST<\/p>\n

      In the case of postal delivery, the deadline is determined by the date of dispatch. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals submitted will be treated as confidential. <\/p>\n

      1. By submitting a proposal, applicants accept in full the terms of this call for proposals.<\/li>\n
      2. The War Museum reserves the right to interrupt, postpone or repeat the process with the same or modified content.<\/li>\n
      3. This call is not a competitive call for proposals and does not constitute a proposal for the award of a contract. The submission of a proposal does not create any obligation for the Museum to enter into a cooperation agreement. <\/li>\n
      4. The War Museum will appoint an Evaluation Committee, which will review the submitted proposals and recommend to the Board of Directors for approval of the results.<\/li>\n
      5. The Commission may request clarification of the information submitted. Providing clarifications is mandatory for the interested party and does not constitute a counter-proposal. <\/li>\n
      6. There is no objection procedure.<\/li>\n
      7. The evaluation of the proposals will take into account their relevance to the Museum’s mission and objectives, their pedagogical approach and their suitability for a school audience, the experience and scientific training of the applicants, as well as the existence of certification or approval by competent bodies, especially in the case of programmes addressed to schools.<\/li>\n
