The War Museum in Athens was visited by General Serge Barcellini, President of the French organization “Le Souvenir Français”, dedicated to the preservation of the memory of those who gave their lives for France, accompanied by representatives of the organization in Greece.
The delegation was welcomed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the War Museum, Vice Admiral (I) ret. Κωνσταντίνος Καραμεσίνης, ο Αντιπρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Πολεμικού Μουσείου Αντιστράτηγος ε.α. Ioannis Tzounakos and the Director of the War Museum Colonel (BC) Athanasios Dagkas.

During the meeting, issues of cooperation in matters of historical memory and culture were discussed. This was followed by a tour of the exhibition halls, highlighting the role and mission of the War Museum.
