CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST – 2025
CONCERNING THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A PRIVATE CONTRACT FOR THE ORGANISATION OF EXPERIENTIAL – INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMES
The War Museum / Thessaloniki Branch, with the aim of cultivating the skills and creative minds of the students
INVITES ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
to submit a proposal for cooperation for the conclusion of a private law contract for the organisation of “Experiential – Interactive Programmes”, which will relate to the specific purpose.
1. The duration of the project with the selected stakeholders (hereinafter “Partners”) will be from the beginning to the end of the next school year (2025-2026). The respective obligations of the Partners will be detailed in the contracts, which will not create any form of dependent employment relationship.
2. Interested parties should submit :
α. Completed the attached “Application for Expression of Interest for the conclusion of a private law contract for the organization of Experiential – Interactive Programmes”.
β. Detailed proposal and description of the project.
c. Detailed Curriculum Vitae.
Interested parties may also submit additional information to support their proposal. Failure to submit the above will exclude them from the selection procedure.
3. The proposals, for which absolute confidentiality will be maintained, accompanied by the required supporting documents, should be submitted initially by e-mail: parthessal@warmuseum.gr or warmuseumthessaloniki@yahoo.gr and then by registered mail or by hand to the War Museum / Thessaloniki Branch, 4 Gregoriou Lambraki Street, P.O. Box 54636, by 30 June 2025, with the following indications:

PRIVATE LAW CONTRACT FOR THE ORGANISATION OF EXPERIENTIAL – INTERACTIVE
PROGRAMMES
In case of postal delivery, the deadline is judged by the date on the envelope. Late proposals will not be considered.
4. By submitting their applications, the interested parties fully accept the terms of this Call for Expression of Interest and that the procedure may be interrupted, postponed or repeated with the same or different content by decision of the War Museum / Thessaloniki Branch. This invitation is not a competitive procedure and does not constitute a proposal for the conclusion of a contract with the interested parties. The submission of a proposal does not in any way imply an obligation on the part of the War Museum/Thessaloniki Branch to conclude a contract with the interested party.
5. The War Museum / Thessaloniki Branch will review the proposals submitted and will recommend to the War Museum for the final selection. The War Museum is entitled to request clarifications from each interested party regarding the content of its proposal. Providing clarification is mandatory for the interested party and does not constitute a counter-proposal, which is completely prohibited.
6. This Call for Tenders is not a competitive procedure and the selection of the contractor is not in the nature of a recruitment but an acceptance of an offer under private law and therefore no objections may be raised or considered on any grounds whatsoever.
