CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE CONCLUSION OF A PRIVATE CONTRACT FOR THE ORGANISATION
OF EXPERIENTIAL – INTERACTIVE PROGRAMMES

The War Museum / Thessaloniki Branch, in the context of its efforts and with the aim of cultivating the skills and creative minds of students

INVITES ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

to submit a proposal for cooperation for the conclusion of a private law contract for the organisation of “Experiential – Interactive Programmes”, which will relate to its purpose and objectives.

1. The duration of the project will be 10 months from the date of signature of the relevant contract with the selected stakeholders (hereinafter referred to as “Partners”). The responsibilities and obligations of the Partners will be set out in detail in the Partners’ contracts, which will not create any form of dependent employment relationship.

2. Interested parties will submit under penalty of exclusion:

α. Completed the attached “Application for Expression of Interest for a private law contract for the organization of Experiential – Interactive Programmes”.

  1. Detailed proposal and description of the project.
  2. Detailed Curriculum Vitae.

Interested parties may also submit additional information to support their proposal.

3. Proposals, for which absolute confidentiality will be maintained, accompanied by the required supporting documents, should be submitted initially to.

4. By submitting their applications, the interested parties fully accept the terms of this Call for Expression of Interest and that the procedure may be interrupted, postponed or repeated with the same or different content by decision of the War Museum / Thessaloniki Branch. This invitation is not a competitive procedure and does not constitute a proposal for the conclusion of a contract with the interested parties. The submission of a proposal does not imply, in any way, any obligation on the part of the War Museum/Thessaloniki Branch to enter into a contract with the interested party.5. The War Museum/Thessaloniki Branch will appoint an Evaluation Committee, which will review the proposals submitted and recommend to the War Museum of Athens for the approval of the results. The Evaluation Committee is entitled to request clarifications from each interested party regarding the content of its proposal and the provision of clarifications is obligatory for the interested party and does not constitute a counter-proposal, which is completely prohibited.6. This Call for Proposals is not a competitive procedure and the selection of the contractor is not in the nature of a recruitment but an acceptance of a proposal under private law and therefore no objections may be lodged or examined for any reason.7.
