On Wednesday, June1, 2022, in the hall of the Athens War Museum, the annual scientific conference of the Hellenic Aviation Academy will take place, as part of its annual activities, on “Emerging high-tech applications and trends in the evolution of aviation, military and civil aviation”.

The workshop will cover the military use in Part 1 and the civilian use in Part 2 of emerging high-tech applications, focusing on the expansion of operational space, modern management – control and countermeasure systems for aerospace assets and weapons, advanced uses of unmanned systems and new forms of guidance using artificial intelligence, sustainable fuels and new urban airmobility services and planned new forms of hybrid control systems.

The proceedings will start at 10:30 with three speeches on military trends and technological applications and a question-and-answer panel, followed by a break (12:30-13:30) and then three presentations on modern applications and trends in civil aviation, a question-and-answer panel and will close at 15:00 with the conclusions of the conference.
